POWER IN SIMPLICITY

The system includes only four major components: the CPU, expansion module, 12.1" touch screen and relays. Having only four major components keeps maintenance costs low, plus troubleshooting is easy!

The 12.1" touch screen is used during startup, commissioning and operations. The unit is menu driven with graphical displays of boiler, control and set up parameters, alarms, trends, controller face plates, and control strategy selection. The control software is non proprietary, IEC 61131-3 (unlike many PLC systems).

The Hays Cleveland Model C-05820 BOILER LEAD ALTERNATOR is simple, economical, and suitable for any two or three-boiler installation, operating on either steam pressure or hot water temperature. Modbus communication for interfacing with SCADA or other controls is standard. The Model C-05820 provides alternator-type sequencing logic to automatically fire the boilers as required to meet changing load conditions. The boilers continue to operate from their own modulation controls. Remote pressure or temperature switches for each boiler provide an input signal for the alternator.

Microprocessor-based Oxygen Analyzer Electronics

Hays Cleveland is a pioneer in the application of zirconium oxide (ZrO2) oxygen analyzers to flue gas analysis. The Model A-10050-A0 is Hays Cleveland's new state of the art oxygen analyzer electronics suitable for use with any Hays Cleveland oxygen analyzer probe.

Used in conjunction with a probe, the analyzer electronics displays and transmits the oxygen signal for recording and control functions. The electronics also includes basic functions to maintain the cell at its optimum temperature and monitor probe life. If a Microprocessor- based Oxygen Analyzer Electronics flue gas temperature input is provided, the A10050-A0 Electronics can compute combustion efficiency for the boiler firing one of numerous different fuels.
